Balfour St. is to be closed - again. This time to sort a manhole..did they not notice it last time? All the locals were sent a flyer detailing the diversions, unfortunately with the wrong map diagram attached. Corrected next day, with further flyers. Typically inefficient, badly managed and expensive.
