End of Lockdown
Today we were allowed to slightly mingle, saw Jane Anne and Derrick in their back garden. All well with them.

DM having their first group chat tonight, in case the country was put in lockdown, and indeed at 8.30 p.m. it turned out to be so.

York Jaunt
16th – 18th March, just at the start of the COVID-19 fuss. Betty’s Tearoom shut! Railway Museum open though.

Wolfgang Flür
Played tonight at Summerhall. Largely, he moved about a bit in front of two Apple laptops. Films showed 70’s Kraftwerk, some of which I hadn’t seen before. Glad I went. With Ian C, and bumped into Penny (Ex-work).

The Lighthouse/ Badger
Went last Friday to the Odeon to see The Lighthouse, amusingly grim. On the way saw my first live badger.

Supporting “Dominic Waxing Lyrical”
Setlist: Pictures of Biggles, Cool, No-One Wants You Watching, Exit Plan, (OK) No Love Affair, The g Factor, Red Star, It’s Abnormal, Mouse In Love
Soundman: Mike, surly but fair, and a super clear sound. I had taken my amplifiers just in case, but no need. Helpful staff found a long VGA lead.
Very well received, spontaneous praise from strangers, and many CD’s gone. First live outing for the opening three on Acme. Worked as they should.
