Gig 47

First gig this year after a long stretch writing. Six of the new songs played in a row, a slightly maculate performance it has to be said but possibly had a more experimental feel as a consequence.

Setlist: Pictures of Biggles, Folder Dressed in Blue, St Rita, Jump, Medley: Poland/ Harmonica, Standing In For Love, The Science of Survival, Red Star, The g Factor, It’s Abnormal.

Sound – Alistair – new to us, consumate professional.

Reception – Everyone seemed to like everything, Medley: Poland/ Harmonica especially picked out as polished by the most critical audience member.

So dreary today the sun never came up. But tonight at 10.45 in the Dean Valley there was a nightingale singing its little heart out it was magic.

Goodbye Virgin Webspace

piechart

28th April sees the closure of Virgin’s free Webspace. Great while it lasted. 200MB free.

www.amoffoot.com started on XOOM, then Yahoo, then Virgin and now GoDaddy. Have to pay for it now, and forever.
